This is the water-base version that holds the same UV and flow properties as the solvent base Low Viscosity version. The biggest difference is a slightly less VOC content, a lighter amber-tone color and a slightly less surface hardness compared to the solvent base Low Viscosity. Depending on the amount of coats, the gloss sheen will be slightly less. This varnish is great for VOC sensitive applications and is really nice on cabinetry, side tables, window trim, chairs, detail work, etc. Same application techniques is used as solvent-base but with water clean-up.
